Fibank, formally First Investment Bank AD, is a Bulgarian bank serving individual and corporate customers with current accounts, savings, cards, loans and digital banking through My Fibank. This GoCardless (formerly Nordigen) connector is for its Bulgarian banking operation and provides account balances and transactions, with the provider specifying up to 730 days of transaction history and access consent lasting up to 180 days. Fibank’s official open-banking service supports individual and corporate customers, but the exact personal/business split and product-level limits of this connector are not documented. Loans, investments and all card products should not be assumed to be included simply because they appear in My Fibank. The separate Tink First Investment Bank connector is personal-labelled and advertises a broader set of account types; its coverage is not interchangeable with this integration. Foreign operations in Cyprus and Albania are background to the group, not established coverage of this Bulgarian connector.
