Sparkasse Mittelfranken-Süd is a German public-law savings bank based in Roth, serving personal and business customers in southern Middle Franconia. It merged with Vereinigte Sparkassen Gunzenhausen in September 2025 and continues under the Mittelfranken-Süd name. This GoCardless (formerly Nordigen) connector provides account-balance and transaction access for the German bank; the provider specifies up to 360 days of transaction history and a maximum access period of 180 days. The bank offers personal and business current accounts, savings and cards, but the exact products and customer segments retrievable through this connector have not been established. Coverage of former Gunzenhausen accounts should not be assumed solely from the merger. This is the local Sparkasse, not Bayerische Landesbank or other independent Sparkassen. Separate Tink, Plaid, Enable Banking and FinTS connectors represent the same bank, but their authentication methods and account coverage are not necessarily identical to this GoCardless integration.
