State Bank & Trust Company was a US community bank serving Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama. Its history combined Valley Bank, founded in Rosedale in 1898, with State Bank & Trust Company, founded in Brookhaven in 1936; the two merged in August 2000. It offered personal and business deposits and lending before merging into BankPlus on April 1, 2020, and no longer operates independently. This Plaid connector represents that former institution and lists balance, transaction, account-authentication and identity capabilities. Its precise personal-versus-business coverage and supported account products have not been established. A separate Yodlee connector also represents the former bank, while BankPlus has its own Plaid connector; current successor accounts should not be treated as covered by this legacy integration. This institution is distinct from the similarly named State Bank & Trust Company in Golden Meadow, Louisiana, and State Bank & Trust Co. in Nevada, Iowa.
