The integration uses MFA credentials for secure sign-in and supports auto-refresh so data stays current; existing users should sign in with their User ID and the last six digits of their SSN on first login and will be prompted to set a password, with help available for forgotten credentials. It includes the CHALLENGE_DEPOSIT_VERIFICATION capability within the bank container, enabling deposit verification flows as part of security. Data access covers BASIC_AGG_DATA with account details for loan and bank accounts, statements for loans, and transactions for loan and bank accounts with up to 90 days of history, plus BASIC_ACCOUNT_INFO for both loan and bank accounts. Access is available via the bank’s login URL and base URL, and auto-refresh is enabled to keep information up to date.
