1st United Bank was a community bank based in Faribault, Minnesota, serving local customers with personal banking. Its former website now redirects to Community Resource Bank, whose current site presents personal and business banking in Minnesota. The two banks merged effective April 1, 2025, and 1st United no longer operates under its own name. This Plaid connector is labelled Personal and lists bank-data products including balances, transactions, identity and income verification, and transfer-related functions; whether legacy 1st United customers can still connect their accounts through this specific connector after the merger could not be confirmed. It should not be confused with similarly named First United banks in Oklahoma, Texas, North Dakota or Kentucky, or with separate connectors for those institutions. Public bank-routing references associate routing number 291971320 with the Faribault institution, but no corresponding BIC was found in the SWIFT directory.
