Chartered in 1947 as Oneida Limited Employees Federal Credit Union for Oneida Silversmiths employees and their families, it adopted the Access name in 1999 and later expanded its community charter. Its website offers personal savings, checking and lending alongside business accounts and loans, with ACCESS Online providing account balances and transaction history.
