Financial Access Federal Credit Union was a member-owned U.S. credit union based in Bradenton, Florida. Founded in 1958 as Tropicana Employees Federal Credit Union, it offered personal savings and checking, consumer lending and business services, including lending to Florida small businesses. It merged into the Illinois-based Credit Union 1 in 2024 and no longer operates independently. This Plaid connector identifies the former Financial Access member-banking service for balances and transactions; its precise eligible account subtypes and business-account coverage have not been established. It is distinct from Credit Union 1's successor connector and from the unrelated Access Federal Credit Union in New York. Teller also has connectors under the Financial Access name, but their exact overlap with this Plaid integration is undocumented. No current standalone customer website could be confirmed for the former institution.
